The planned development will primarily feature premium group housing and is expected to offer a developable potential of approximately 3.7 million square feet, with an *estimated revenue potential of around Rs 4,200 crore.

The Kharadi–Wagholi corridor has emerged as one of Pune’s most sought-after residential markets, driven by its proximity to major IT and business zones, improving infrastructure, and expanding social amenities. With continued demand from a growing professional workforce, the area has rapidly evolved into a high-growth residential hotspot and a major contributor to Pune’s real estate development.
