The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.84 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.29 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.05 per cent at Rs 34.97 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.54 per cent to Rs 20.46 crore from Rs 20.35 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 65.63 per cent at Rs 5.86 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 17.05 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 9.43 per cent to Rs 14.51 crore as against Rs 13.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.17 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 47.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.94 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.35 per cent at Rs 4.62 crore (Mar'24 Rs 5.59 crore).
