The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.51 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.76 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.65 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 64.50 per cent at Rs 80.43 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 226.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 64.86 per cent to Rs 78.88 crore from Rs 224.45 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 20.60 per cent at Rs 4.45 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 3.69 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 25.84 per cent to Rs 1.55 crore as against Rs 2.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 109.78 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 494.74 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.13 crore, while Taxation decreased by 48.62 per cent at Rs 0.56 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.09 crore).
