The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.20 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.00 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 45.07 per cent at Rs 8.35 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 45.93 per cent to Rs 8.24 crore from Rs 15.24 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 41.46 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.41 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 466.67 per cent to Rs 0.11 crore as against Rs -0.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 714.29 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.03 crore).
