This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Yogi Infra Projects Limited (formerly known as Yogi Sung-Won (India) Limited) ('the Company') at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, May 30, 2025, has approved the following matters which is enclosed herein: \r\n\r\n(1) Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, together with the Auditors Report in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.\r\n\r\n(2) Declaration in compliance with Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 for standalone and consolidated financial results.\r\n\r\nThe Board Meeting of the Company commenced on 16:40 (IST) and concluded at 18:10 (IST).\r\n\r\nThe abovementioned financial results and disclosure shall be available on the website (www.yogiinfraprojects.co.in) of the Company under the financials section. \r\n
