The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.00 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 76.08 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 22.37 per cent at Rs 40.88 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.30 per cent to Rs 39.53 crore from Rs 47.80 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 16.39 per cent at Rs 0.71 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.61 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 72.43 per cent to Rs 1.34 crore as against Rs 4.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 64.32 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 25.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.44 crore, while Taxation decreased by 45.21 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.73 crore).
