The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.79 crore compared to net loss of Rs 29.12 crore in the previous year quarter.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.80 per cent at Rs 186.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 199.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.53 per cent to Rs 177.79 crore from Rs 210.47 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 68.38 per cent at Rs 4.90 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 2.91 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 179.01 per cent to Rs 8.43 crore as against Rs -10.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 184.83 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 89.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.83 crore, while Taxation decreased by 116.67 per cent at Rs -0.48 crore (Mar'24 Rs 2.88 crore).
