The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.42 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 0.80 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.56 per cent at Rs 123.96 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 120.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.82 per cent to Rs 115.56 crore from Rs 112.39 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 18.06 per cent at Rs 1.83 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.55 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 0.94 per cent to Rs 8.40 crore as against Rs 8.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.42 per cent in March quarter.
Taxation increased by 13.36 per cent at Rs 2.63 crore (Mar'24 Rs 2.32 crore).
