The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.77 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 50.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 78.66 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 53.98 per cent at Rs 28.99 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 63.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 479.57 per cent to Rs 19.01 crore from Rs 3.28 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 6.67 per cent at Rs 1.92 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.80 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 83.29 per cent to Rs 9.98 crore as against Rs 59.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 63.67 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 44.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 102.28 per cent at Rs -0.20 crore (Mar'24 Rs 8.78 crore).
