The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.91 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.00 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 5.47 per cent at Rs 129.67 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 122.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.50 per cent to Rs 148.31 crore from Rs 122.07 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 324.70 per cent at Rs 20.98 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 4.94 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 2242.53 per cent to Rs -18.64 crore as against Rs 0.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2125.35 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 2.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 203.53 per cent at Rs -1.76 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.70 crore).
