The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.76 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.46 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.07 per cent at Rs 88.10 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 91.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.71 per cent to Rs 85.60 crore from Rs 87.09 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 76.58 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.11 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 47.58 per cent to Rs 2.49 crore as against Rs 4.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 45.37 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 39.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.34 crore, while Taxation decreased by 945.45 per cent at Rs -0.93 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.11 crore).
