The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.95 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 10.55 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.84 per cent at Rs 43.33 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.38 per cent to Rs 27.31 crore from Rs 23.67 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 19.42 per cent at Rs 2.24 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 2.78 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 1.52 per cent to Rs 16.02 crore as against Rs 15.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.58 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 1000.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 21.27 per cent at Rs 5.36 crore (Mar'24 Rs 4.42 crore).
