On the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has decided to recommend to the shareholders the appointment of M/s Jayshree Dagli & Associates as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a first term of five consecutive years, i.e., April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030.
