The Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on 28th May, 2025 1. Approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 2. Recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1.00/- (i.e. 20%) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each on Equity Share Capital for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 3. Approved the appointment of M/s. P.S. Bathla & Associates, Practising Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
