The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.24 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.99 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.68 per cent at Rs 23.02 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 21.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.62 per cent to Rs 13.56 crore from Rs 11.83 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 18.31 per cent at Rs 4.91 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 4.15 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 6.89 per cent to Rs 9.46 crore as against Rs 10.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.02 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 0.81 per cent at Rs 4.90 crore (Mar'24 Rs 4.94 crore).
