The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.78 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.20 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.68 per cent at Rs 36.40 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 32.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.92 per cent to Rs 34.56 crore from Rs 28.82 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 11.40 per cent at Rs 3.73 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 4.21 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 42.50 per cent to Rs 1.84 crore as against Rs 3.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 49.40 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 10.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.99 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.51 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.59 crore).
