The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.23 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.29 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.83 per cent at Rs 41.21 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 48.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.93 per cent to Rs 36.93 crore from Rs 43.41 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 223.19 per cent at Rs 2.23 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.69 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 22.70 per cent to Rs 4.29 crore as against Rs 5.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.21 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 12.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.40 crore, while Taxation increased by 18.94 per cent at Rs 1.57 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.32 crore).
