Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations'), we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today, i.e., on Tuesday, 27th May, 2025, inter-alia, considered and approved, the following: \r\n1) Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 and Audited Standalone Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025 together with Auditors' Reports of the Statutory Auditors in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations. The same were also reviewed by the Audit Committee at its meeting held today. A copy of the aforesaid Audited Financial Results along with Auditors' Report with unmodified opinions on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results is enclosed herewith as Annexure-I.\r\nThe meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 01.00 P.M. and concluded at 01.43 P.M.
