At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, 27th May, 2025, the following items of business were transacted:-\r\n\r\n1. Considered and approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year/quarter ended 31st March, 2025, vide Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. \r\nThe company has made arrangements to get the financials published in one national English newspaper and one vernacular newspaper.\r\n\r\n2. Considered and took note of the Auditor's Report on the Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March, 2025.\r\n
