Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on 27th May, 2025, Tuesday commenced at 11:00 am and concluded at 12:50 pm at the registered office of the company, inter-alia has considered and approved (1) Audited Financial Result for the year ended on March 2025 and (2) Recommended Final Dividend @150% being an amount equivalent to rs. 15/- per share on the equity shares of Rs.10/- each for the Financial year 2024-25 , for the consideration and approval of shareholder at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
