The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.93 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.82 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.26 per cent at Rs 118.23 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 100.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.79 per cent to Rs 106.89 crore from Rs 90.75 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 142.62 per cent at Rs 1.48 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.61 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 12.60 per cent to Rs 11.35 crore as against Rs 10.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.00 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 41.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.31 crore, while Taxation decreased by 43.24 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.74 crore).
