The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 11.18 crore compared to net loss of Rs 29.92 crore in the previous year quarter.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.36 per cent at Rs 154.47 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 133.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.08 per cent to Rs 142.72 crore from Rs 117.87 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 110.39 per cent at Rs 13.57 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 6.45 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 26.64 per cent to Rs 11.76 crore as against Rs 16.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.42 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 1.16 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 104.13 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Mar'24 Rs -3.15 crore).
