The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.07 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.44 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.85 per cent at Rs 27.11 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.03 per cent to Rs 20.43 crore from Rs 24.33 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 197.14 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.35 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 6.44 per cent to Rs 6.68 crore as against Rs 7.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 8.59 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.16 crore, while Taxation increased by 93.88 per cent at Rs 2.85 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.47 crore).
