The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.17 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 85.71 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.33 per cent at Rs 2.53 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 35.31 per cent to Rs 2.84 crore from Rs 4.39 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 307.14 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.14 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 40.91 per cent to Rs -0.31 crore as against Rs -0.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 136.85 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 77.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 92.75 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.69 crore).
