The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.10 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.45 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.91 per cent at Rs 34.40 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.90 per cent to Rs 11.28 crore from Rs 11.07 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 2.53 per cent at Rs 0.81 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.79 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 3.67 per cent to Rs 23.12 crore as against Rs 24.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.78 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 7.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.58 crore, while Taxation decreased by 58.99 per cent at Rs 1.30 crore (Mar'24 Rs 3.17 crore).
