The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.89 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 0.55 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.98 per cent at Rs 101.40 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 99.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.85 per cent to Rs 80.71 crore from Rs 76.25 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 1.26 per cent at Rs 1.57 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.59 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 10.70 per cent to Rs 20.69 crore as against Rs 23.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.48 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 35.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 37.86 per cent at Rs 3.48 crore (Mar'24 Rs 5.60 crore).
