Tierra Agrotech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 through Video Conference and other audio visual means, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the Fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025.\r\n\r\nIn continuation to our previous intimation of closure of trading window, we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed till May 29, 2025 which is 48 hours after the Board Meeting.
