The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.14 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3.24 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.77 per cent at Rs 118.75 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 116.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.35 per cent to Rs 101.36 crore from Rs 99.03 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 93.75 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.32 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 1.47 per cent to Rs 17.39 crore as against Rs 17.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.24 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 22.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.83 crore, while Taxation decreased by 19.59 per cent at Rs 3.94 crore (Mar'24 Rs 4.90 crore).
