The order pertains to the execution of rehabilitation and periodic maintenance works—including Overlay (DBM, BC & SMA)—along the Varanasi-Aurangabad NH-2 corridor, specifically from Km 825 to Km 843 in Uttar Pradesh.
In a regulatory filing, the company confirmed that the work order complies with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. It also clarified that none of the directors, promoters, or related group entities have any interest in the contracting entity, and the project does not fall under related party transactions. The work has been awarded by a domestic entity, as detailed in Annexure-I of the filing.
