Pursuant to clause 61 of the Articles of Association, Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India vide order file no PSU-6/1/2025-PSU dated 15.05.2025 communicated that Appointment Committee of cabinet has approved the appointment of Sh. Malay Sinha as Non-official Director (NoD) on the board of India Tourism Development Corporation(ITDC) for a period of three years. The formal process of appointment of Sh. Sinha is under way and Sh. Sinha is yet to obtain a DIN.\r\nThis is further to inform that disclosure regarding non-debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to order of SEBI or any other such authority and the brief profile is yet to be received from Sh. Sinha and will be provided after receipt of the same.
