Blue Cloud Softech Solutions, in its board meeting held on May 7, 2025, appointed Mr. Vankineni Krishna Babu as Managing Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Bollikonda Vinod Babu was named Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, the Board gave in-principle approval to acquire a US-based entity and authorized the new MD to finalize the deal structure, including a potential equity swap.
