The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 619.71 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 604.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.57 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.69 per cent at Rs 14,462.39 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12,393.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.70 per cent to Rs 13,480.99 crore from Rs 11,453.24 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 25.04 per cent at Rs 39.13 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 52.20 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 4.38 per cent to Rs 981.40 crore as against Rs 940.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.54 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 51.85 per cent y-o-y to Rs 15.99 crore, while Taxation decreased by 15.43 per cent at Rs 168.81 crore (Mar'24 Rs 199.61 crore).
