The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.99 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 41.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.37 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.65 per cent at Rs 243.56 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 224.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.03 per cent to Rs 261.94 crore from Rs 227.72 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 17.47 per cent at Rs 65.15 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 55.46 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 416.29 per cent to Rs -18.38 crore as against Rs -3.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 374.84 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 23.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.49 crore, while Taxation increased by 146.02 per cent at Rs 3.58 crore (Mar'24 Rs -7.78 crore).
