Cocoblu Retail marks 3rd anniversary with Inclusive ESOP rollout for all employees

Cocoblu Retail, a wholly owned subsidiary of RattanIndia Enterprises Limited and one of India's top sellers on major e-commerce platforms, is celebrating its third anniversary with a groundbreaking move—introducing a company-wide Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for every employee.

In a bold step towards building a people-first growth model, Cocoblu has allocated 5% of its share capital to this inclusive ESOP program, extending stock ownership to all team members, from top executives to frontline associates. Unlike traditional models where equity is reserved for senior leadership, this initiative reflects Cocoblu’s belief that every role, regardless of level, is instrumental in driving the company’s success.

The ESOPs will be offered at a heavily subsidized exercise price, giving employees the opportunity to become stakeholders and actively share in the long-term value they help create.

This announcement follows a remarkable year for Cocoblu, which achieved 35% year-on-year growth in FY 2023–24—well above the industry average of 15–25%. This impressive performance has been driven by the company’s customer-first approach, technology-enabled operations, and agile on-ground execution.
