The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.73 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 32.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 39.83 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.59 per cent at Rs 428.04 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 439.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.54 per cent to Rs 396.60 crore from Rs 390.58 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 17.57 per cent at Rs 7.18 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 8.71 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 35.63 per cent to Rs 31.44 crore as against Rs 48.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 33.93 per cent in March quarter.
Interest declined by 25.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.47 crore, while Taxation decreased by 35.86 per cent at Rs 7.12 crore (Mar'24 Rs 11.10 crore).
