Atishay Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/04/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1.the Audited Standalone Financial Results and Statements of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025 along with the Reports of the Auditors thereon and;\r\n2.To recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company;\r\n3.To discuss the general corporate matters of the Company. \r\n4.
