In accordance with the provisions of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, Regulation 30, we are pleased to inform our shareholders that your Company has entered into a lease agreement for an extended period of 08 years and 11 months on 11th April 2025 as a lessor of our commercial space built up area of 11,382 Sq Ft and Carpet Area of 10,168 Sq Ft of our Hi-Lite building, Maradu, Ernakulam with M/s Indus Towers Limited, Ernakulam for the setting up of their Circle Office, as per the details attached.
