This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is not required to submit \Compliance Report on Corporate Governance for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2025\ as per Regulation 27(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nThis non-applicability is effective from 01st April, 2024.
