This is a continuation of our communication dated March 26, 2021, regarding the commercial suit for infringement of Intellectual Property Rights. We previously informed you that Bliss GVS Pharma Limited (\the Company\) had filed a suit in the High Court of Justice, Ghana, in its Commercial Division, against the infringing party (\the Defendant\) concerning the illegal manufacture of the Company's registered trademark by the Defendant.
