The acquisition includes a 100% stake in Fintra, along with its intellectual property and talent pool, and is aimed at enhancing Aurionpro’s next-generation transaction banking solutions for global banks.

This strategic move will significantly bolster Aurionpro's offerings in trade and cash management by delivering a comprehensive, front-to-back solution. The integration of Aurionpro’s transaction banking expertise with Fintra’s robust trade finance backend capabilities will create a powerful synergy tailored to meet the evolving needs of corporate banks.

Fintra, already a long-standing partner of Aurionpro, has its trade finance backend platform integrated with Aurionpro’s existing trade platform. This joint solution is actively used by leading banks across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

The acquisition will enable Aurionpro to offer fully integrated trade finance services—from issuing to closing Letters of Credit, managing Open Accounts, and supporting Supplier and Buyer Finance—ensuring smoother operations and greater value for corporate clients.

Additionally, this move will accelerate the development of a next-gen transaction banking platform incorporating advanced trade automation powered by Arya.ai, Aurionpro’s AI-focused subsidiary. The use of Arya.ai’s Enterprise AI framework will further enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
