The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 225.55 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 236.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.66 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.71 per cent at Rs 509.81 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 524.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.77 per cent to Rs 11.68 crore from Rs 10.64 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit slipped by 2.97 per cent to Rs 498.13 crore as against Rs 513.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.27 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 1.26 per cent y-o-y to Rs 272.15 crore, while Taxation decreased by 65.29 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore (Dec'23 Rs 1.21 crore).
