Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Ankit Rajendrakumar Shah (Membership No.: ACS - 56291) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company.\r\n\r\n3. Considered and approved the resignation of Mr. Gyaneshwar Kameshwar Singh as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company.\r\n\r\n4. Considered and approved the Reconstitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.\r\n\r\n
