A separate meeting of the Independent directors of the Company for the year 2024-25, was held, pursuant to Regulation 25(3) of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and section 149(8) of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Schedule IV (VII).\r\n\r\nThe independent Director in their meeting held today:\r\n1. Reviewed the performance of Non- Independent Directors and the Board as a whole.\r\n2. Reviewed the performance of the Chairperson of the company, taking into account the views of the Executive and Non- Executive Directors.\r\n3. Assessed the quality , quantity and timeliness of the flow of information between the company's management and the Board.\r\n\r\nThe Independent Directors' Meeting started at 3:00 P.M 3: 34 P.M., on the same day.
