To enter into power purchase agreement with Neogreen Power Private Limited Bangalore for purchase of solar power for Unit 1 of the Company at Kattemalalavadi Village, Hunsur Taluk, Mysore District.\r\n4. To invest in the equity shares of Neogreen Power Private limited, Bangalore not exceeding Rs. 81 lakhs in connection with purchase of power. \r\n
