In reference to our today i.e. 21st March, 2025 intimations, there is an alignments of long term organisation goals. The existing designated persons will continue with the organization. The erstwhile Chief Executive Officer is a Chartered Accountant with extensive in finance & Accounts and related areas. As such, he has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The erstwhile Chief Financial Officer of the Company will continue in the organisation and work under the guidance of the New Chief Financial Officer.
