The meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 20th March 2025 at its registered office and following matters were discussed and resolution passed.\r\n\r\n1. 1. The board has finalised 'Navigant Corporate Advisors Limited' as Merchant Banker to provide a Fairness report on the valuation for the Merger.\r\n\r\n2.
