ESAF Small Finance Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/03/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal to raise funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (Tier II Bonds) on Preferential basis by way of Private Placement in compliance with applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.
