In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Jindal India Limited has entrusted John Cockerill India Limited, with the Engineering, design, manufacture and supply of Equipment for Revamping of Continuous Galvanising Line at the Ranihati plant of Jindal India Limited and also the supervision of erection and commissioning of the line. The total value of the contract is around INR 40 crores.\r\n\r\nWe are enclosing herewith the details for the above as prescribed under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 as Annexure A.
