The Company has issued and allotted 27,800 equity shares consequent upon exercise of ESOPs, at the exercise price of Rs. 87.50/- as determined under the 'GALA ESOP 2021' by the eligible employees.In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from 1,26,70,000 to 1,26,97,800 equity shares ofRs. 10/- each (Indian Rupees Ten Only).
