This is in reference with our letter dated February 7, 2025, and the discussions held with the RTA and Bank officials regarding the Corporate Action for the Dividend. As the distribution of the dividend to each shareholder could not be processed due to the restriction from Bank that the payment of less than Re.1 won't be possible.
